Mood:  a-ok

Interesting...my daughter was sick last night and unfortunatly I was unable to attend my work. But I ended up working harder at home than I did at work. Just a taste of what t's like to be the boss. I spent all day with the mobile glued to the side of my face. As well as attending to my sick girl who at 2PM decided she wasn't sick anymore and proceeded to bounce off the walls. Whats with that?

I have decided I want to buy a house. My first step is to elliminate my credit card. Hmmm...a lot easier said than done. I am gobsmacked at the price of houses. I don't know if I'm tring to reach too high but there is only one way to find out.

I have decided to add a word or phrase and it's meaning at the end of each blog. Enjoy..

To use it in a sentance- "I finally found that document, I don't know why I couldn't find it earlier, I must have had a man look"

Mood:  caffeinated

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I started my dream job. I pushed for 3 years to get this position and now I'm not sure I want it. Interesting isn't it? How we can want something so badly and when we finally get it we can toss it aside. I guess the thrill of the chase is over.

I also need to mention my daughters pet mouse has passed away today. He was a very loved part of our small family. We buried him. It was a very sad occasion. Yeah I know he was just a mouse but I am one of those freaks who respects all creatures great and small. Oh except Guinea Pigs, they really have nothing to offer. Lol. Just joking to all you guinea pig lovers.

I am supposed to be studying for uni but instead I am blogging...why not?
